Abstract
Over the past two decades, a plethora of high throughput functional genomics assays have been developed to tackle a variety of biological questions. This seminar will present two stories related to drug discovery on oncological targets. These examples will showcase how functional genomics technologies can be seamlessly integrated into drug discovery workflows. This will help elucidate the biology of these drug targets and their structure-function relationships, ultimately informing therapeutic opportunities.
