Well-being & Work Environment Initiatives

Efforts aimed at enhancing daily life and improving overall working conditions for postdocs, including:

  • Improved infrastructure: better lab spaces and personal desk allocation;
  • Fair compensation: addressing salary-related concerns;
  • Transparent communication: strengthening dialogue with TIGEM and Fondazione Telethon;
  • Inclusion in decision-making: encouraging postdoc presence in faculty meetings;
  • Resource access: creating platforms for sharing protocols and lab resources;
  • Onboarding support: structured training for newcomers to the Institute;
  • Practical issue resolution: streamlining solutions for common needs (e.g., PC replacement);

Additional actions will be defined based on emerging needs.
