Well-being & Work Environment Initiatives
Efforts aimed at enhancing daily life and improving overall working conditions for postdocs, including:
- Improved infrastructure: better lab spaces and personal desk allocation;
- Fair compensation: addressing salary-related concerns;
- Transparent communication: strengthening dialogue with TIGEM and Fondazione Telethon;
- Inclusion in decision-making: encouraging postdoc presence in faculty meetings;
- Resource access: creating platforms for sharing protocols and lab resources;
- Onboarding support: structured training for newcomers to the Institute;
- Practical issue resolution: streamlining solutions for common needs (e.g., PC replacement);
Additional actions will be defined based on emerging needs.
