What: In the framework of the Cascade Call associated to the project 'THE – Tuscany Health Ecosystem' (PNRR Mission 4 - Component 2 - Investment 1.5 supported by the European Union - NextGenerationEU), TIGEM has been allocated resources to promote the project ‘UMEN - Unveiling the metabolic and epigenetic signature of neuroendocrine prostate cancer' (CUP B83C22003920001), identifying how cellular heterogeneity in distinct regions of prostate cancer impacts cancer progression and its evolution toward neuroendocrine differentiation. Principal Investigator: Prof. Mirko Cortese.
Type of Contract - Salary: Temporary, Full Time - The salary will range from 19.000€ to 22.000€ based on previous experience
Essentials: To qualify, the applicant must hold a Master's Degree in Biotechnology or a related discipline. The applicant should have hands-on experience in advanced imaging techniques and cell biology methodologies. Additionally, the applicant should be highly motivated, capable of working as part of a research team, and possess good communication skills. Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is essential.
Desirable: Previous experience with Lipid imaging, Lipid-protein, and protein-protein interaction analysis by light microscopy.
