When: starting on April 1st 2025 till the end of the project

What: In the framework of the Cascade Call associated to the project ‘INF-ACT - One Health Basic and Translational Actions Addressing Unmet Needs on Emerging Infectious Diseases’ (PNRR Mission 4 - Component 2 - Investment 1.3  supported by the European Union - NextGenerationEU), TIGEM has been allocated resources to promote the project ‘GENESIS - Unraveling the Molecular and Immunologic Mechanisms of Intrahost Persistence in Emerging and ReEmerging Arboviral Infections’ (CUP I53C24001430007), aimed at investigating the mechanisms of persistence in arboviral infections. Principal Investigator: Prof. Luis Galietta

Type of Contract - Salary: Temporary, Full Time - The salary will range from 20.000€ to 30.000€ based on previous experience

Essentials:

• Highly motivated and with excellent academic record
• Expertise in cell culture and tissue engineering
• General knowledge in biochemical, molecular, and cell biology technologies.
• Experience in biosafety level 2.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Expertise in confocal microscopy

Desirable:

• Expertise in confocal microscopy
