 When: The position is available starting ASAP.

What: The candidate will be involved in the study of nutrient signaling pathways and their involvement in disease pathogenesis. We employ state of the art cell biology, proteomic, metabolomic and gene editing approaches to understand: i) how the cell senses and signals fluctuations in nutrient availability to induce specific metabolic responses; ii) how de-regulation of these processes is involved in the pathogenesis of inherited metabolic diseases and cancer.

 Salary: The salary will be discussed privately with the applicant, based on their previous experience.

 Essentials: Pre-doctoral candidates should have a master’s degree in biology or a related discipline and preferably background in the field of metabolism, signaling, or cellular and molecular biology.
